Users can create and modify their own reports easily using Microsoft Access, since RAM2000 utilizes Microsoft's native database engine (JET Engine). Data are also accessible through any OBDC or OLE compliant software such as Microsoft Office (i.e. MS Excel).

RAM2000 offers unique ID and password for each employee with flexible multilevel security control for every module. Magnetic card readers may be used to avoid improper use of other employees passwords.

RAM2000 interfaces with touch screens, bar code readers, swipe card readers, smart card readers, programmable keypads as well as regular keyboards to enhance RAM2000's user friendly ability.
