The Quick Service / Over Counter P.O.S. inherited and utilizes the Central Order Processing System's core engine as a backbone. Keeping the key features and advantages of Central Order Processing, we enhanced the Quick Service / Over Counter P.O.S. to suit the needs of fast food and quick service store operations with improved speed and efficiency.

For ease of use, the Quick Service / Over Counter P.O.S. was designed to be used with a Touch Screen monitor, however, regular monitors will work well. Also, a new approach was taken to improve order entry by utilizing a GUI (Graphical User Interface) screen input. Redesigning the order entry method and adding GUI improves the efficiency and productivity of single store users with order taking and processing and cuts down on the amount of time required to train new employees.

On top of all the features that comes with the Central Order Processing System, the Quick Service / Over Counter offers Inventory Control to assist you in managing your business. The Inventory Control module provides accurate tracking of inventory levels and food cost, calculating every single food item down to the sauce necessary for the final product. This module will assist owners or managers with better control over pricing, food waste, and marketing. Re-stocking is also made easier with a daily stock level report and a stock re-ordering list (with estimated budget).

Our Make-Line Monitor is another key feature integrated into the Quick Service / Over Counter function, eliminating the need of preparation printers and receipts. Orders are maintained in FIFO (First In First Out) sequence with large and distinct colored fonts for easy reading while simply using a four key operation. Also, the Make-Line Monitor's performance tracking and analysis report helps improve kitchen productivity and staffing.

Labor Scheduling is also incorporated into the Quick Service / Over Counter module to eliminate the extra cost of a separate time clock and to enable labor schedule planning and the tracking of labor costs. Labor scheduling will also deduct payments from the till balance for all cash paid employees according to the actual working hours and bonuses. Real-time employee status, such as on-delivery, on-break, late, early, and such, can be viewed at a glance and automatically updated in the History Schedule Journal for future reference and analysis.

To further expand the ability of our Quick Service / Over Counter P.O.S., the system can be hooked up directly to the Central Order Processing Center for chain wide operations. Furthermore, Quick Service / Over Counter P.O.S. can be used as a monitoring tool for the Corporate Office to receive up-to-date order and sales information directly from the office.
