RAM2000's Fine Dining P.O.S. is a full-featured extension of the Quick Service / Carry Out P.O.S.,
utilizing its fast GUI interface method and combining Central Order Processing System's
powerful backbone makes the Fine Dining P.O.S. a powerful and comprehensive
system.
Understanding the key role of food-service staff is
to provide good efficient quality service to customers, Fine Dining P.O.S. was
designed to minimize guesswork and maximize productivity for all levels of staff. The user
friendly GUI minimizes guesswork and training time to reduce training cost and order
processing time. Waiters and waitresses spend less time tendering bills, which reduces the number of mistakes, thereby saving time and money.
Since
RAM2000 is one complete integrated system, all of the features found in
Quick Service / Carry Out P.O.S. and other modules can be expected in our Fine
Dining P.O.S. Features such as: menu recipe, inventory control, make-line monitor,
labor scheduling, bar tabs function and many more are just part of what you can expect to
find.
Of course, the system also consists of exclusive
modules designed only for the fine dining business. Some of the Fine Dining P.O.S.'

- Reservation and Seating
handles all reservation and seating tasks including dining
room status display, call in reservation, waiting list. Host / Hostess can view all
necessary information directly from the front
- Dining Room Status Display
informs all staff of each table¡¦s status, including available waiter / waitress, available table,
reserved table, occupied table, flashing table to indicate food is ready for that table,
and check printing tables
- Table / Server Query
complete information of all tables by a server or by individual
tables can be viewed at a glance. Information such as number of guests, food ordered, food
pending, and payment status suggests a server's performance and work load
- Order Routing
orders automatically routes to the appropriate preparation printer
or make-line monitor. A table number will also be automatically printed / displayed on the
order or easy distinction
- Server Notification
servers are notified of prepared food or beverages when their table
and name flashes on the dining room status display. Out of stock items or special messages
can also be viewed at a glance
- Split Checks
checks may be split by the number of guests, individual meals, or
manually input number
- Split Payment
payments may be split by into multiple forms of payment. Guests may
setting a check using part cash, credit card(s), company cheque or other forms of payment
- Transferring Checks or Items
checks or items may be transferred from different areas of the
restaurant (including bar area) to a different table or server
- Frequent Diner Program
tracks frequent diners with customer's name, phone number or
membership number and such assists in marketing and promotions
