To cover all bases of the restaurant / fine dining
business, RAM2000 incorporated the Bar Tabs P.O.S. into the Fine Dining
P.O.S. Of course, as with any of our modules, Bar Tabs P.O.S. can be expected
to operate as a stand-alone module. This could be the perfect solution for pubs and
entertainment centers without dine-in areas where finger foods may still be offered.
Similar to Fine Dining P.O.S. and Quick
Service / Over Counter P.O.S., the Bar Tabs P.O.S. offers a quick and efficient
order processing method. Touch screen and GUI interface reduces the amount of time spent
at the terminal to allow the bar tender more time to serve customers. Similar to Fine
Dining P.O.S., Bar Tabs P.O.S. keeps track of customers by the stool and/or
table number while an open tab is created for the guest. With bars that serves cash
drinks, Quick tender is also available for easy transaction.
The Fine Dining P.O.S. allows
transfer of checks to the dining room when a table is available for seating. Of course,
all menu items available in fine dining are also available at the bar area with a touch of
a button.
With hundreds of different mixed drinks available in
the bar business, we've included a "Mixed Drinks Helper" to assist your bartender. With a
touch of a button, the bartender can get mix recipes for any drink imaginable and drinks can be made with
consistency, even with different bartenders. This feature is user definable to support
special house drinks and special recipes.
Some of the Bar Tabs P.O.S.' key features are
listed below:
- Mixed Drinks Helper user definable context of instructions on how to mix certain drinks
with the touch of a button
- Quick Tender quick tender closes the transaction immediately after the last item
entry
- Open Tab System keeps an open tab for guest(s) with a short description of the
customer or stool number. Bar tender has the option to store customer's credit card
information prior to an open tab according to their restaurant / bar policy
- Transfer Tab
