With RAM2000's Back Office / Central Office functions, all data are exposed to you and can be called up through different OBDC or OLE compliant software applications such as Microsoft Access or Excel for customized reports. All RAM2000's reports can be created or modified at the user's own will. A set of extensive detailed report formats come standard with RAM2000, providing the basis of your back office functions. Reports can also be downloaded through the Internet from our web site to build up your collection of reports. Owners / managers can pull practically any information imaginable and customize to your own needs.

Extensive detailed reports that comes standard with RAM2000 includes a wide variety of reports which provides up-to-date or even up-to-the-minute information on daily analysis, historical analysis, operation key, sales data analysis, marketing and customer statistics, and company profile reports. These reports can help owners / managers in management, marketing, and promotion.

The customer database itself is another valuable tool for marketing and promotion. Information gathered can be used for database marketing, advising customers of specials and upcoming events. Surveys and questionnaires can also be sent out to help provide customer feedback of service and food quality. Gift certificates or coupons can be sent to lost customers or infrequent guests. Central Office Functions is very similar to Back Office Functions, except the fact that you're in the comfort of your own office while reviewing near-live data pulled from the restaurant(s). With the addition of a modem to the restaurant(s) and a modem in your office, live data may be pulled from the restaurant(s) at any time. All reports can then be printed locally at the office or simply view the live data as it comes while connected to the restaurant. Also, with Central Office Functions, chain operations can consolidate all restaurants' sales and data to combine into one chain report of any kind.
