What is the difference between a Reseller and an Integrator? A Reseller (or Dealer or Value Added Reseller - VAR), often will sell the product, install it and get it working. VARs offer varying levels of installtion and support services. You will need to ask and compare. Integrators are known for acting as prime contractors and will "do it all", making sure everything works. Not all Resellers/Dealers/VARs are Integrators, but Integrators are almost always VARs.
